In regards to the insurance for Refugee Support Center <br /> (RSC), because this is a special circumstance I question whether the requirement is needed. The <br /> request is for a one-time payment for rent and the reason the RSC does not apply for outside agency <br /> funds is because they do not have the means to acquire insurance. I was aware of this when I <br /> recommended the BOCC approve the payment. Also, the rough draft should be sent directly to the <br /> County Attorney's office and he will assign an attorney to review the documents.
