ARTICLE 8.2.1 & 8.2.2 - APPLICATION COMPONENTS (GENERAL CONDITIONS) <br />("Will" indicates compliance; "Will Not' indicates non - compliance) <br />Ordinance Requirements <br />In accordance with Article <br />8,2 1 and 8 2 2 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance, the Board of <br />Commissioners shall also <br />consider the following general <br />conditions before the <br />application for a Special Use <br />can be approved: <br />Article 8.2.1 & 8.2.2 <br />1 The use will maintain or <br />promote the public health, <br />safety and general welfare, if <br />located where proposed and <br />developed and operated <br />according to the plan as <br />submitted <br />Article 8.2.1 <br />2 The use will maintain or <br />enhance the value of <br />contiguous property (unless <br />the use is a public necessity, <br />in which case the use need <br />not maintain or enhance the <br />value of contiguous property). <br />Article 8.2.1 <br />3.
