Habitat <br />already awns eight lots in this subdivision, which were donated to us by the same owner at the end of <br />2005. Habitat, along with the owner of the ten lots we have under contract, will seek voluntary <br />annexation of all 18 of the lots by the Town of Hillsborough in the next few months, The Town of <br />Hillsborough has also committed to extending sewer and water to the lots, once the town annexes the <br />lots. (See attached resolution from Town of Hillsborough) <br />The contract price for the ten lots is $155,000. Habitat will be requesting 75% of the purchase price, or <br />$116,250, from the Affordable Housing Bond Program, with the balance of $38,750 plus related pre- <br />development and closing costs, coming from Habitat's funds. We would like to close on the lots by the <br />end of our fiscal year, which is June 30, 2006.
