In <br /> 2015 we purchased a new Raptor TC 400 which replaced 2 machines and increased our processing capabilities. In 2016 <br /> we purchased a new Raptor TG 500 along with a wire cleaning system. In June we installed a new Raptor TS 400. At the <br /> end of 2016 we installed the SSI 6000, in order to set up an all truck line.With the addition of these 4 machines our <br /> processing ability has greatly increased along with the capability to render a better finished product.We have invested <br /> over 2 million dollars of new equipment in the last 3 years. Our current machinery now gives us the capacity to process 5 <br /> million tires per year. <br /> Making a good end product is important to NRTR because we are a 100%zero waste recycling facility. We take great <br /> pride in being zero waste and finding a use for every part of the waste tire. The other waste tire processing facilities in <br /> NC have tire mono fills where they are permitted to bury their tires. NRTR has developed close relationships with <br /> several NC companies who buy our end products for different uses keeping the money in NC as well as creating more NC <br /> job employment. <br /> NRTR is not a national company.
