61 <br /> Mfr <br /> March 2,2017 <br /> RE: Sportsplex Annex Meeting Minutes <br /> CRA Project No. 1613 <br /> ATTENDEES: John Stock <br /> Jeff Thompson <br /> David Taylor <br /> Ken Redfoot <br /> Scott Wynne joined the meeting via telephone @ 1:00 p.m. <br /> RUN TIME: Noon until 1:45 p.m. <br /> PURPOSE: Project Scope and Budget Review-Sportsplex Annex <br /> 1. The objective of the meeting was to discuss the best way to approach the design and <br /> construction of the project within the overall budget of$3,750,000. <br /> 2. Floor plan options and associated cost estimates were discussed. <br /> 3. Building program requirements were reviewed. <br /> Based on these discussions,the following site and building options will be estimated by Scott Wynne of <br /> T.A.Loving based on the scope outlined below and revised drawings which will be completed as soon as <br /> possible. <br /> OVERALL ISSUES: <br /> 1. Reduce building size to approximately 200'X 212'or 42,400 S.F. to be built in multiple <br /> phases. Phase one will be approximately 112'X 200'or 22,400 S.F. and will be included <br /> in the scope <br /> 2. Reduction of the building footprint includes the elimination of the track running around <br /> the field. <br /> 3. The connector will be designed as an ADD ALTERNATE. <br /> 4. Additional ADD ALTERNATES will be considered. <br /> SPECIFIC DECISIONS FOR PROPOSED STYE PLAN: <br /> 1. Based on revised building size,relocate building to eliminate the need for the site <br /> retaining wall. <br /> 2. The driveway around the perimeter of the building will remain in the project. <br /> 3.
