5 <br /> 47 9 <br /> compliance with the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the General Statutes constitutes <br /> Design-Builder's breach of the Agreement. By executing the Agreement Design-Builder affirms <br /> Design-Builder is in compliance with Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General <br /> Statutes. <br /> 35.2 The Agreement together with any amendments or modifications may be executed <br /> electronically.
