20 <br /> Section VII - Submission Of Statements Of Qualifications (SOQ) <br /> 1. Your SOQ must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EST, Tuesday March 07, 2017 to: <br /> David E Cannell, Purchasing Agent <br /> Financial Services <br /> 200 South Cameron Street <br /> PO Box 8181 <br /> Hillsborough, NC 27278 <br /> 2. Statements of qualifications shall include statements of interest, ability to complete the work <br /> within the required time, experience, and qualifications. All qualified firms are invited to submit <br /> as follows: <br /> • Two (2) electronic copies on either two thumb drives or two CD's. The electronic file shall <br /> be in pdf format and shall be a single (binder) file. <br /> • Five (5) hard copies are required (one clearly marked "ORIGINAL"). Hard copies must be <br /> bound with printing on both sides of sheet on recycled paper (with the exception of tab or <br /> divider pages). <br /> 3. Proposals received after the set time for receipt shall not be considered and shall be returned <br /> unopened to the proposer. <br /> 4. Orange County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive <br /> irregularities, and to reissue any request for proposals. The County also reserves the right to <br /> select more than one consultant and/or to divide the scope of services into design/bid phase <br /> and construction phase services. <br /> 5.
