Attachments should <br />only be used to provide supplemental information. The application form maybe <br />completed manually or reproduced in your word processor system (recommended).. The <br />application form can be downloaded from the Town of Chapel Hill or Orange County <br />website. <br />• Please do not use binders or covers. <br />• Please read all questions and instructions carefully.
