The D-0 LRT Project <br /> was one of the first to complete its environmental analysis 'M� R- �'°° '°g"`°' °°• '�°°.,.�'E <br /> under new federal law, enacted in July 2012, which required <br /> transit agencies complete the analysis in two years.
