Also, <br /> I definitely prefer option three, the formation of the Agency as a private non- <br /> profit corporation. Under no circumstance would I favor putting the Agency under <br /> the administration of the Department of Social Services, since the Agency is <br /> intended to serve all segments of the community. If placed under the Department <br /> of Social Serviles, the Agency will appear to many people to be for indigent <br /> clients only, and to others who might know otherwise, they might not use the <br /> Agency simply because it is associated with DSS and they prefer to avoid the <br /> stigma of the lied of some service offered by DSS. <br /> Thank you for your consideration. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Co -J1( (11-)PalA <br /> Camille W.
