, - <br /> -8- <br /> in a conspicuous place available to employees and applicants <br /> for emplOyment, notices to be provided setting forth the <br /> provisions of this non-discrimination clause. The Agency <br /> will in all solicitations or advertisements for subcontractors - - — <br /> or employees placed by or on behalf of the Agency, state <br /> that all qualified applications will receive consideration <br /> for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, <br /> age, or Inational origin. The Agency will cause the foregoing <br /> provisiOns to be inserted in all subcontracts for any work <br /> covered by this contract so that such provisions will be <br /> binding lupon each subcontractor provided that the foregoing <br /> provisions shall not apply to subcontracts for less than <br /> $10,000.1,00. <br /> (b) The Agency shall keep such records and submit <br /> such reports concerning the racial and ethnic origin of <br /> applicants for employment and employees as COG or the Concerned <br /> Funding Agency may require. <br /> (c) The Agency agrees to comply with such rules, <br /> regulations or guidelines as COG or the Concerned Funding <br /> Agency may issue to implement the requirements of this <br /> paragraph. <br /> 21. Changes. COG may require changes in the work and <br /> services which the Agency is to perform hereunder. Such <br /> changesi including any increase or decrease in the amount of <br /> the Agency's compensation which are mutually agreed upon by <br /> and between COG and the Agency, shall be incorporated in <br /> writtenlamendments to this contract. <br /> 11- 221 Assignabilit . The Agency shall not assign, <br /> sublet or transfer all or any portion of its interest in <br /> `.• <br /> this Agreement without the prior written approval by COG. <br /> 23, Termination of the Contract. If the Agency shall <br /> fail to fulfill in a timely and proper manner its obligations <br /> under this contract, or if the Agency shall violate any of <br /> the covenants, agreements, representations or stipulations <br /> of this contract, COG shall give the Agency written notice <br /> specifying such failure or violation, and giving the Agency <br /> I <br />
