-6- <br /> subject of an application for copyright by or on behalf of <br /> 1 <br /> the Agency or its subcontractors. The work to <br /> under this contract may be subject to certain regulations— <br /> issued by the Concerned Funding Agency. Information regarding <br /> these relevant regulations may be obtained upon written request <br /> to COG. This contract does not provide for the development <br /> of systems analysis products, models, electronic data processin. <br /> systems, software and related services. Any development of <br /> such methods, material, logic and systems shall be paid for <br /> by the Agency from funds not allocated to this contract as <br /> local support and shall be the property of the Agency. <br /> 16i Identification of Documents. All reports, maps <br /> and other documents completed as a part of this contract <br /> shall bear on the title page of such report, map or document, <br /> the following legend: "Prepared by (insert name of Agency) <br /> under Contract with the Triangle J COG". The date (month <br /> and year) in which the document was prepared shall also be <br /> shown. <br /> 17. Interest of Agency. The Agency covenants that <br /> neither the Agency, nor anyone controlled by the Agency, <br /> controlling the Agency, or under common control with the <br /> Agency, nor their agents, employees or subcontractors, <br /> 1 <br /> presently has an interest, nor shall acquire an interest, <br /> direct or indirect, which would conflict in any manner or <br /> degree with the performance of its service hereunder, or <br /> which would prevent, or tend to prevent, the satisfactory <br /> performance of the Agency's service hereunder in an impartial <br /> and unbiased manner. The Agency further covenants that <br /> in the performance of this contract if any person having <br /> any such interest and employed by the Agency contemplates <br /> taking some action which may constitute a violation of this <br /> paragraph, the Agency shall request in writing the advice <br /> of COG, and if COG shall notify the Agency in writing that <br /> the AgenCy's contemplated action will not constitute a <br /> 1 <br /> violation hereof, then the Agency shall be authorized to <br /> take such action without being in violation of this paragraph. <br />
