The effect <br /> is one of requiring higher levels of service within University Lake watershed, <br /> not only within the Town of Carrboro's jurisdiction but within the County's <br /> jurisdiction as well. The impacts which the Planning Department is projecting <br /> are identified in the following paragraphs, <br /> • <br /> 0 Building Activity - To estimate the time demands resulting from the <br /> adoption of the Ordinance amendments, the Staff first looked at the <br /> number of building permits issued within the University Lake watershed <br /> during the preceding 10 months.
