ORDINANCES AND REGULATIONS: The County hereby covenants and agrees <br /> to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Board of Fire Underwriters, <br /> Officers, or Boards of the Town, County, or State having jurisdiction over the <br /> leased premises, and with all ordinances and regulations or governmental author- <br /> ities wherein the leased premises are located, at the County's sole cost and <br /> per- <br /> tain to the manner in which the County shall use the leased premises; the <br /> obligations ;to comply in every other case, and also cases where such rules, <br /> regulations,1 and ordinances require repairs, alterations, changes or additions <br /> 0 thebuilding (including leased premises) or building equipment, or any part <br /> of either, being hereby expressly assumed by the Authority, and the Authority <br /> covand agrees promptly and duly to comply with all such rules, reVm/a- <br /> t1ons, and ordinances with which the County has not herein expressly agreed <br /> to comply. <br /> 6. SIGNS: The County shall not place any signs or other advertising <br /> matter or material on the exterior or on the interior, where possible to be <br /> seen from the exterior, of the leased premises or of the building in which <br /> the leased premises are located, without the prior consent of the Authority, <br /> Any lettering or signs placed on the interior of said building shall be for <br /> direction or identification purposes only, and such signs and lettering shall <br /> be of a type,1 kind, character, and description which are compatible with <br /> interior uffi es' <br /> | � <br /> 7. SERVICES: The Authority covenants and agrees to furnish the leased <br /> premises with electricity suitable for the intended use as general office space, <br /> including fluorescent tube and ballast <br /> ' <br /> ing for the comfortable use and occupancy of the leased premises, janitorial <br /> service and trash removal from leased premises, plus furnishing, supplying and <br /> maintaining building common areas and restroom facilities, including hot and <br /> cold water and sewage disposal in the building in which the leased premises are <br /> located, at the Authority's expense. <br /> If the County shall require electrical current or install electrical equip- <br /> ment, including but not limited to electrical heating equipirent, refrigeration <br /> equipment, electronic data processing machines, punch card machines, or machines <br /> or equipment using current in excess of 110 volts which will in any way increase <br /> the amount of electricity usually furnished for use as general office space, the <br /> County will provide for the required service, including any installation cost <br /> thereof. <br /> 1 <br /> i <br /> | -2- <br /> 7 <br />
