71 <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> RENEWAL <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> WHEREAS, Allease agreement was made and entered into as of the 1st day of <br /> October, 1982 by and between Orange. County, LESSOR and Cedar Grove Day Care <br /> Center, TENANT, for space to be used as a day care center at the Cedar Grove <br /> Multipurpose Center, N. C. HWY 86, and said lease agreement was subsequently <br /> amended on the 3rd day of June, 1983 through mutual consent of the LESSOR and <br /> the TENANT. <br /> WHEREAS, The LESSOR and the TENANT wish to renew the lease agreement as <br /> amended. <br /> NOW THEREF6RE, LESSOR and TENANT mutually agree to the following: <br /> • (1) The lase agreement as amended will be continued for a period of <br /> one year commending on October 1, 1983 and ending at 12:00 midnight on the 30th <br /> day of September, 1984. <br /> (2) All other terms and conditions will remain the same. <br /> This agreed to, It he day of <br /> 1983. 1 <br /> LESSOR: Orange County <br /> 1 <br /> BY: - <br /> Richard E.
