13. The County shall provide a security system as a pareof <br /> • the softwa7 programming that will permit the Board to restrict <br /> and assign user accessibility. <br /> 14. The County shall provide the same data security <br /> retention of data for the Board as currently provided other <br /> users of the system, including daily "back-up" and tier routine <br /> • security storage, together with any improvements, additions <br /> which may hater be added for any user. <br /> 15. The Board shall make an annual payment to the County in <br /> the amount of five thousand dollars ($2,500 per port) for the <br /> operation of the system for each fiscal year Of this agreement <br /> beginning vhIlith the fiscal year starting July 1, 1984. In addition, <br /> the Board titian, within thirty days of the execution of this agree <br /> ment pay to the County the annual payment for fiscal year 1984 in <br /> the amount of the actual cost of providing and installing the equi. <br /> • ment described in section one, but not to exceed $2,795.00. Annua <br /> payments thereafter shall be made on July 1, 1984 and July 1, 1985. <br /> 16.
