As a resident on <br /> Weaver Dairy Road, I am writing in opposition to the rezoning <br /> request by James F. Goforth. The proposed R-8 residential rezone, <br /> with a possi le 300 dwelling units, will clearly compound existing <br /> traffic, sch ol, and utility overloads.
