Goforth has requested a straight rezoning from.R-1 to R-8 on approximately <br /> 45 acres of land lOcated north of Weaver Dairy Road and south of the 1-40 corridor. <br /> The tract requested is located in Chapel Hill Tainship on Tax Nap 17 and includes <br /> all of lot 15 that is south of the corridor. <br /> This proposal will be discussed at four different ueetings: The first is a pre- ' <br /> liminary information meeting; the second is the Public Hearing, the third is the <br /> Planning Board reviw and action, the fourth is the County Coumissioners review <br /> and action.
