The property is located on the south side of Weaver Dairy Road <br /> ' I and on the east side of NC 86. Conmunity Gammercial 3 would allow comercial <br /> -.1..: <br /> developuent on the property. Water and sewer lines are available to serve <br /> Tiuberlyne Shopping Center and could be extended to this site. A 16" water <br /> main exists in Weaver Dairy Road, while an 8" sewer line is available <br /> in Banks Drive adjacent to Tiaberlyne. <br /> Site has direct access onto NC 86 and Weaver Dairy Road. Both roads are <br /> designated as arterial streets in the Land Use Plan. The inteLection <br /> of NC 86 and Weaver Dairy Road is under consideration for a traffic <br /> signal to regulate traffic when the Timberlyne Shopping Center opens on <br /> December 1, 1983, Fire protection for the property would be provided by <br /> the New Hope Rural Fire department.
