The property is located on the east side of U.S. 70 Bypass, <br /> Saint Mary's Road (SR 1002) and adjacent to the Pantry Convenience store. <br /> NC-2 zoning would allow expansion of the existing use (Orange Garden Center) <br /> which is presently located on a portion of this property currently zoned <br /> NC-2. Water supply is available from the Town of Hillsborough lines, but <br /> ' wastewater treatment will be by septic tank.
