It is referenced as <br /> • tax map 44A lots 1 and 2. An R-4 zoning classification would allow <br /> develOpment on 10,000 square foot lots, Water service is available by way pf a <br /> of a two inch nein. This line should be upgraded to a six inch line in <br /> orderto provide fire hydrants in the area. Sewer service can be made <br /> available by either installing a force main or by relying on a gravity <br /> flow system.
