The <br /> of rehabilitation. Under federal regulations, the County must acquire the <br /> propety before relocation activities begin. The total amount of just <br /> compensation is attached. After tenants have been relocated, the dwelling <br /> will he demolished and the mobile unit will be auctioned by the County, <br /> • The prpperties were appraised by Fred Ruffin. Review appraisals were <br /> conducted by George Meyer, County Chief Appraiser.
