(JOCCA) for use of space at the Northside <br /> Multipurpose Center. <br /> NEED: With the occupation of the renovated Northside Multipurpose Center <br /> recently completed, there is a need to enter into lease agreements <br /> with the Community School for People Under Six and JOCCA. <br /> i. Term Lf Lease: October 1, 1983 through September 30, 1984 <br /> 2. Payment: Rent shall be suspended in favor of in-kind contributions <br /> from he County to the tenants.
