Acquisition is in conjunction with the relocation component <br /> of the County's Community Development Program. <br /> NEED: The dwelling units are substandard and rehabilitation is infeasible. <br /> The appraised values of the dwelling units are lower than the esti- <br /> mated cost of rehabilitation. Under federal regulations, the County <br /> must acquire the property before relocation activities begin. The <br /> Vital amount of just compensation is attached. After tenants have <br /> ben relocated, the dwellings will be demolished and the <br /> 1 <br /> mobile unit will be auctioned by the' County. The properties were <br /> I <br /> appraised by Fred Ruffin. Review appraisall were conducted by George <br /> 1 <br /> Meyer, County Chief Appraiser. Real Property will not be acquired. <br /> IMPACT: Certification of just compensation will facilitate the timely im- <br /> plementation of the relocation process. <br /> 1 <br />
