Therefore, this project should be deleted from our <br /> program. <br /> I . <br /> Secondary Road No. 1710, from NC 86 for a distance of <br /> 0.35 of a mile, is in.poor condition and has low shoulders due <br /> to indUstrial truck traffic. I recommend that this section be <br /> widened two feet on each side and strengthened in lieu of Erwin <br /> Road.
