Subdivision <br /> • <br /> IMMO: The property in qnestion is located 'in Little River Township on S.R. 1540 <br /> (Hunt Road) .1 It is know as lots 1-12 of tax map 22A. The tract is designat <br /> as Agricultnral-Residential in the Land Use Plan. <br /> There are 26 lots proPOsed out of a 53.47 acre tract. The largest lot is 5. <br /> acres while the minimum lot is 1.80 acres. The property is not zoned and to <br /> 13-18 and 25 and 26 are in the 100 year floodplain of the South Fork of the <br /> Little River. <br /> The property is in the Little River fire district. <br /> Applicant proposes to construct cul-de-:sac serving four (4) lots to Class B <br /> standards (private road). The main road would be constructed to Class A <br /> standards piimarily with a stub out to serve an adjacent tract at Class <br /> standards. 1 <br /> Applicant had questioned County's private (unpaved) road standards and an appar <br /> gap between those standards and NCDOT's for public (paved) roads.
