It is zoned R-: <br /> (Residenti41- , <br /> There are 14 lots proposed out of 83.84 acres. The lots range in size from <br /> 3.5 acres '0 ,12.3 arrps . The lots meet the dimensional requirements of the <br /> Zoning Ordinance. Nine lots will front on the proposed private road with <br /> lots I and 2 fronting on S.R. 1103. <br /> The tract is located in the Orange Grove Rural Fire District served by the <br /> Orange Grove Fire Department. <br /> The lots will be on individual wells and septic tanks. The property is in <br /> University Lake watershed. Applying the maximum impervious surface ratio <br /> of 6% gives a maximum inpervious surface of 5.03 acres or 219, 124 sq. ft. <br /> for the subdivision. <br /> • ilom:r: Development of the Lloyd Farm Subdivision would have minimal impact on the <br /> area schools and minimal impact on the traffic volumes on S.R. 1103 Jo Mac <br /> Road.
