It is part of lot 2 on Tax Map 10. <br /> The tract is designated as Agricultural Residential in the Land Use Plan <br /> and is located in the Cane Creek Watershed: <br /> There arek lots proposed out of 10.118 acres. The lots range in size from <br /> 40,331 square feet to 3.09 acres. The lots meet the dimensional requirement <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance. The property is not in a flood hazard area. <br /> The tract is located in the Orange Grove Rural Fire district served by the <br /> Orange Grove Fire Department. <br /> The lots will be on individual wells and septic tanks. <br /> 112PACT: Development of the Glenn T. Sykes Jr. and Carolyn Lindell subdivision would <br /> have minimal impact on the area schools and traffic along Oak Grove Church <br /> Road.
