Article V, Section 3 of the declaration contains a typographical error which should be corrected. The first word of line 6 of section 3 should read "thirty" not triventy. Please be sure all "blanks" are completed at the time the declaration is recorded and before the articles of incorporation are filed for registration at the office of the Secretary of State and at the Office of the Orange County Register of Deeds. In that same regard I recommend a reference to the recording information for the plat of Wildwood, Section II be included in the description of the propErty under the first Whereas in that document before the declaration is recorded.
