040 Pac AGENDA ITEM #3: Matters heard at August 22, 1983 Public Hearing Board Decision AGENDA ITEM #3a: Harmon-Young Area Plan - text At the September 19, 1983 Planning Board meeting, the Planning Staff reviewed proposed changes to the text of the Harmon-Young Area Plan. The Board wished to have more time to review the proposed changes and asked staff to bring the item back for discussion at the next Planning Board meeting. The Board approved the Area Plan map with the extension of the Industrial-Commercial Transition area south of 1-85 west to the Hillsborough extraterritorial planning jurisdiction line at the September 19, 1983 meeting. The impact of this item is further review, revision and adoptior of the narrative for the Harmon Young Area Plan. Smith noted that the revisions presented at the last Planning Bc meeting had been incorporated into the text.
