ovipp <br /> A joint meeting of the Hillsborough and Eno Advisory Councils was held <br /> on September 8, 1983. Of the five Hillsborough members attending, four <br /> recommended approval of the Area Plan narrative, as revised by staff, and <br /> map. Theldissenting member expressed concerns about crime, traffic, non- <br /> residenti41 development impacts and density. No no TAC members were in <br /> attendance. <br /> On October 25, 1983 the Orange County Planning Staff presented the Harmon <br /> Young Area Study to the Hillsborough Town Board and Planning Board at their <br /> joint meeing. A number of concerns about the study were raised by the Town <br /> Boards' membersand interested citizens in attendance at the meeting. There w <br /> a concensus that the County not adopt the area study until the concerns have <br /> been addressed in the proposed Area Plan. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval as revised. <br />
