Agency shall do, perform and <br /> carry out in a satisfactory and proper manner the work and <br /> services described in Attachment "A" (or as described in <br /> rY 84 Area Plan) which is attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof. <br /> 4. Time of Performance. The services of the Agency <br /> are to commence no later than fifteen (15) days after the <br /> execution of this contract and shall be undertaken and <br /> pursued in such sequence as to assure their expeditious <br /> completion and as may be required in Attachment "A". All <br /> services required hereunder shall be completed on or before <br /> June 30, 1984 • <br /> 5. Com.ensation and Method of Pa ment. The Agency <br /> shall be compensated for the work and services to be performed <br /> under this contract as set forth in Attachment "18" which is <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof. In no event, however, <br /> will the total compensation and reimbursement, if any, to be <br /> paid the Agency under this contract exceed the sum of <br /> $63,888 federal and 53.953 stte fund5 _ _— <br /> 6, I Progress Payments. Unless otherwise provided in <br /> Attachmelint "8", the Agency shall be entitled to receive <br /> progresJ, payments on the following basis: As of the last <br /> day of elach calendar quarter during the existence of this <br /> contract, the Agency shall submit to COG an invoice for <br /> payment lbased on the percentage of completion of the Project <br /> through the invoice period. Subject to COG's right to <br /> -` <br /> verify the accuracy of the invoice and the satisfactory <br /> perfortjnce of the work evidenced thereby, COG will make <br /> 1 <br /> payments to the Agency on a monthly basis as the work progresse <br /> 1 <br /> but not more often than once a month. Invoices must cover a <br /> * period ending with the end of a quarter and must be received <br /> within ten (10) days following the end of the invoice period. <br /> 1 <br /> The Agency will be paid an amount which bears the same ratio <br /> to the total compensation to be paid to the Agency under <br /> I <br /> this contract as the work and services actually performed as <br /> I <br /> of the end of the invoice period bear to the total work and <br /> I <br /> services to be performed by the Agency under this contract, <br /> , <br /> -, - <br /> ... <br />
