<br /> Upon receipt of the revocation notice, the person responsible must immediately
<br /> ; order all land-disturbing activities to cease, except those activities which
<br /> 4 are specificilly directed towards bringing the site back into a state of compliance, 1
<br /> I Once the site has been inspected and remedial work approved by the Erosion
<br /> a Control Division, the responsible party may re-apply for a grading permit. : ,
<br /> 4 The fee for a re-aPplication is set at 50 percent of the original permit fee -
<br /> 4 except on projects where no original charge for the permit was made. On those
<br /> projects where no original fee was charged, the re-application fee is set at I
<br /> 1 50 percent of the crent rate. Resumption of land-disturbing activities
<br /> 1 other than those ne essary to bring the site back into a state of compliance
<br /> before reissuance or the grading permit will constitute a violation of the

<br /> . Section 18 Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plans
<br /> a. An erosion con4o1 plan shall be prepared when nequiaa by

<br /> Conservation Digtrict; 30 days prior to the commencement of

<br /> of any plan, ori within such additional time as may be prescribed by the .
<br /> Board of Commissioners of Orange County, shall review such plan and submit
<br /> 1 its comments and recommendations to the Erosion Control Officer. Failure ,
<br /> of the District to submit its comments and recommendations to the Erosion ,
<br /> I Control Officer within the prescribed time will not delay final action
<br /> 1 on the plan.

<br /> d. The plan required by this section shall contain such architectural and
<br /> engineering drawings, maps, assumptions, calculations, and narrative |/
<br /> statements as are needed to adequately describe the proposed development
<br /> of the tract and the measures planned to comply with the requirements of
<br /> this vrd1nvnce. The plan shall comply with all applicable State and local
<br /> regulations for erosion and sediment control. Plan content may vary to
<br /> meet the needs of specific site requirements. Detailed guidelines for
<br /> plan preparationlmay be obtained fromthe Soil Conservation Service's
<br /> "Guide for Erosi$n Control on Construction 5ites", or from the Erosion
<br /> Control Officer on request.
<br /> e. Application for amendment of an erosion control plan in written and/"'
<br /> graphic form may be made at any time under the same conditions as the
<br /> original application. Until such time as said amendment is approved i |
