The Agency agrees to post in a conspicuous <br /> place available to employees and applicants for employment, <br /> notices to be provided setting forth the provisions of this <br /> non-disci-imination clause. The Agency will in all solicitations <br /> 1 <br /> or advertisements for subcontractors or employees placed by <br /> or on behalf of the Agency, state that all qualified applications <br /> will receive consideration for employment without regard to <br /> race, color, religion, sex, age, or national origin. The <br /> Agency wll cause the foregoing provisions to be inserted in <br /> all subcdptracts for any work covered by this contract so <br /> that such provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor <br /> provided that the foregoing provisions shall not apply to <br /> subcontracts for less than $10, 000.00 <br /> (b) The Agency shall keep such records and submit <br /> such reports concerning the racial and ethnic origin of <br /> applicants for employment and employees as COG or the Concerned <br /> 1 <br /> Funding Agency may require. <br /> (c) The Agency agrees to comply with such rules, <br /> regulations or guidelines as COG or the Concerned Funding <br /> Agency may issue to implement the requirements of this <br /> 1 <br /> paragraph. <br /> 21. !Compliance with Cost of Living Council. The <br /> Agency certifies that it is and will remain in compliance <br /> with applicable regulations and standards of the Federal <br /> Cost of Liting Council in establishing wages and prices. The <br /> submittal by the Agency to COG of an invoice or voucher for <br /> property, goods or services furnished under this contract <br /> shall constitute a certification by the Agency that amounts <br /> to be paid do not exceed maximum allowable levels authorized <br /> by the Cost of Living Council regulations and standards. <br /> 1 <br /> 22. Changes. COG may require changes in the work and <br /> services which the Agency is to perform hereunder. Such <br /> changes, including any increase or decrease in the amount of <br /> the Agency's compensation which are mutually agreed upon by <br /> and between COG and the Agency, shall be incorporated in <br />
