Interest of Members of COG and Others. No member of or delegate <br /> I <br /> to the Congress of the United States of America, resident <br /> I <br /> Commissioner or employee of the United States Government, <br /> I <br /> shall be admitted to any share or part of this contract or <br /> to any benefits to arise herefrom. <br /> 20.
