Interest of Members of COG and Others. No officer, <br /> member or employee of COG, and no public official or any <br /> local goTernment which is affected in any way by the Project, <br /> who exercises any function or responsibilities in the review <br /> I <br /> or approval of the Project or any component part thereof, <br /> shall participate in any decision relating to this contract <br /> I <br /> which affects his personal interest or the interest of any <br /> corporatiion, parnership or association in which he is, <br /> directly or indirectly interested; nor shall any such officer, <br /> member or employee of COG, or public official, of any local <br /> government affected by the Project, have any interest, <br /> direct or indirect, in this contract or the proceeds arising <br /> therefrom <br /> 19. lOfficials not to Benefit. No member of or delegate <br /> I <br /> to the Congress of the United States of America, resident <br /> I <br /> Commissioner or employee of the United States Government, <br /> I <br /> shall be admitted to any share or part of this contract or <br /> to any benefits to arise herefrom. <br /> 20. E.ual Em.lo ment 0.portunity. <br /> (a) The Agency will not discriminate against any <br /> employee, lapplicant for employment or subcontractor because <br /> of race, c/plor, religion, sex, age, or national origin.
