Action by the Board of Commissioners creating a new <br /> county agency and authorizing the DSS Board to enter <br /> into a contract with this agency for the delivery of <br /> • current day care services. <br /> 2. Procurement of additional funds necessary for staff <br /> and operations to deliver enhanced day care services. <br /> 3. Specific policy direction from advisory board entail- <br /> ing the establishment of goals , objectives and mile- <br /> , <br /> stones. <br /> Model #4: Creation of a private non-profit corporation to deliver enhanced <br /> day care services. <br /> 1 . Formation of a private non-profit corporation and <br /> establishment of a board of directors. <br /> 2. Procurement of private non-profit status from Internal <br /> Revenue Service. <br /> 3. Procurement of funds by private non-profit for staff <br /> and operations to deliver enhanced day care services. <br /> 4. Action by the Board of Commissioners authorizing the <br /> DSS Board to enter into a contract with the private <br /> non-profit for the delivery of current day care <br /> services. <br />
