4. The civil penalty for violation of this ordinance is fifteen <br /> ($15.00) dollars. Said penalty shall be paid within seventy-two (72) hours from <br /> and after the issuance of the notice referred to above. <br /> 5. The notice of violation referred to herein may be delivered to <br /> the person violating the provisions of this ordinance in person, or may be mailed <br /> to said person at his last known address. <br /> 6. In addition to the penalty prescribed in subsection (4) above, <br /> 2 should it become necessary to institute a civil action to collect any penalty <br /> hereunder, the violator shall also be subject to an additional penalty of twenty- <br /> five ($25.00) dollars. <br /> 7. All penalties paid to the Health Department or as may be <br /> 0 recovered in a civil action in the nature of debt as herein provided shall be paid <br /> into the general fund of Orange County. <br /> Section XVIII.
