17. Security Dog: Any dog used, kept or maintained for the purpose <br /> of protecting any person or property. Any such dog shall be further classified as <br /> a patrol dog, sentry dog, or watch dog. <br /> (a) Patrol dog - A dog that is trained or conditioned to attack <br /> or otherwise respond aggressively, but only upon command from a handler either <br /> off or on lead. <br /> (b) Sentry dog - A dog that is trained or conditioned to attack <br /> or otherwise respond agressively without command. <br /> (c) Watch dog - A dog that barks and threatens to bite any <br /> intruder and that has not been specially trained or conditioned for that purpose. <br /> 18. Stray: Any dog wandering at large or lost, does not have an <br /> owner, or does not bear evidence of the identification of any owner, or any dog <br /> g whose owner, if determinable, has failed to pay for and procure a dog license tag <br /> or vaccination tag. <br /> 19. Veterinary Hospital: Any establishment maintained and operated <br /> by a licensed veterinarian for surgery, diagnosis and treatment of diseases and <br /> 8 injuries of animals. <br /> 21. Vicious Animal: Any animal which constitutes a physical threat to <br /> human beings or other animals by virtue of an unprovoked attack or an attack of <br /> such severity as to cause property damage or physical injury to a person or <br /> another animal. <br /> Section VII.
