03 <br /> 11. The County shall provide all installation and have <br /> all equipment and software programs operational with <br /> operator training complete by . In the event the <br /> system is not functional by the above date, the County shall <br /> refund a prorata share of the monthly cost based upon the <br /> number of working days in the month that portion of the <br /> system is not functional. <br /> 12. Subsequent to initial installation, the County <br /> shall provide the Board with the same level of service, <br /> including user priorties as other users of the Orange County <br /> Data Processing tenter . <br /> 13. The County shall provide a security system as a <br /> part of the software programming that will permit the Board <br /> to assign user accessibility. <br /> 14. <br /> The County shall provide the same data security <br /> and retention of data for the Board as provided for other <br /> users of the system, including daily "back-up" and other <br /> routine security storage. <br /> 15. The Board shall make an annual payment to the <br /> County in the '.amount of five thousand dollars($2500 per <br /> port) for the *ration of the system. The first payment to <br /> be paid within thirty days of the execution of this <br /> agreement and to, be prorated based on the date in section <br /> eleven, but shall not exceed the estimated cost and <br /> installation of the equipment in section one ($2,795) . For <br /> example, if we are to be up and running by November 1, 1983 <br /> then the Board 's; first annual cost would be $5,795 (3,000 <br /> software + 2i1795 operations) . Such additional annual <br /> payments to be made on July 1 ,1984 and 1985. <br /> 16. This agreement shall begin on the date in section <br /> nine and shall efnd June 30, 1986. <br />
