Subsequent to initial installation, the County <br /> shall provide the Town with the same level of service, <br /> including user priorties as other users of the Orange County <br /> Data Processing Center. <br /> 11, The County shall provide a security system as a <br /> part of the software programming that will permit the Town <br /> to assign user accessibility. <br /> 12, The County shall provide the same data security <br /> and retention of data for the Town as provided for other <br /> - , users of the system, including daily "back-up" and other <br /> routine security storage. <br /> 13. The Town shall make an annual payment to the <br /> County in the amount of ten thousand dollars($2500 per <br /> port) . The first payment to be paid within thirty days of <br /> • the execution of this agreement and to be prorated based on <br /> the dates in section nine. For example, if we are to be up <br /> and running by November 1, 1983 then the Town's first <br /> payment would be 2/3 of the annual charge. Such additional <br /> annual payments to be made on July 1,1984 and 1985. <br /> 14.
