It shall be unlawful for any person to interfere with, hinder, or <br /> 1 <br /> c <br /> E <br /> . molest any Animal Control Officer, Rabies Control Officer, Animal Cruelty <br /> g i <br /> g Investigator, police officer, veterinarian, or other duly appointed agent while in <br /> I ! <br /> • the performance of any duty authorized by this ordinance or to seek to release <br /> ! <br /> 8 any animal in the custody of said agents, except in the manner as herein <br /> ! <br /> provided. <br /> 1 <br /> D. ; Animal Control Officers, Rabies Control Officers and Animal <br /> Cruelty Investigators are not hereby authorized to carry on their person firearms <br /> of any kind ! except as provided herein. The Orange County Animal Control <br /> Program may 1 store at the Health Department or carry in departmental vehicles <br /> I <br /> firearms approved for use, and use such firearms when necessary to enforce <br /> sections of this ordinance or under applicable law for the control of wild, vicious, <br /> I <br /> i <br /> ! <br />
