1 <br /> The courtesy ;review period will begin on the day a project is accepted for <br /> consideration bY a particular party, at which time the party accepting the project <br /> will mail additional copies of the project to the party entitled to courtesy <br /> review. The courtesy review period will be forty-five (45) days during which <br /> period the reviewing party will provide the accepting party with a written <br /> response. Such response will include, as a minimum, that the reviewing party has <br /> commented or waived comment on a particular project proposal. <br /> ARTICLE 5. AMENDMENTS <br /> Section 5.1 Amendments to the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan and Map. <br /> Proposed amendments to the Joint Planning Area Land Use Plan and Map shall be <br /> referred to the]Joint Planning Advisory Commission for its comment, coordination <br /> and recommendation before action by any party to this Agreement. A <br /> recommendation] for amendment shall be presented by the Joint Planning Advisory <br /> Commission to the Boards of the parties to this Agreement for consideration and <br /> if approved by the parties, for adoption. <br /> Each party to] this Agreement shall establish administrative procedures for <br /> consideration and action on proposed amendments to the Joint Planning Area <br /> Land Use Plan and Map. These procedures shall provide courtesy review of the <br /> proposed amendment. The amendment procedures to become effective with the <br /> adoption of this Agreement are outlined in Addendum 2 to the Agreement. <br /> ; <br /> Section 5.2 Amendments to the Agreement. <br /> Proposed amendments to this Agreement shall be referred to the Joint Planning <br /> Advisory Commission for its comment, coordination and recommendation before <br /> action by the parties to this Agreement as follows: <br /> A. Each party will receive notification of the amendment proposal <br /> prior to the consideration of the proposal by the Commission. <br /> B. Suificient time will be allowed to permit consideration of the <br /> amendment by each party. <br /> C. Each party will bring its recommendations on the amendment to <br /> the Commission during the Commission's deliberations on the <br /> amendment. <br /> D. After consideration of all recommendations made by the parties to <br /> this Agreement, the Commission shall make a recommendation of <br /> action to each party. <br /> E. Am endments to the Agreement can only be made by agreement of <br /> all;the parties to the Agreement. <br />
