The <br /> apparently unplannedl, and certainly undesirable, commercially developing area a <br /> disturbingly short distance from this community, on State Road No. 10, between <br /> Strayhorn Hills and Highway 86, is a growing concern to us. . <br /> With alarming frequency during the six years we have lived in Strayhorn Hills, <br /> may husband I have watched commercial development of a most unattractive kind increase <br /> in thi. area. With this development has sDeeoing traffic- in our subdivision <br /> from non-residents, this <br /> on the streets of our subdivision, and an increase in <br /> incidences of break-ins to the homes here. <br /> Our concern and fear is that this sprawl of unwanted development, which we <br /> would like to see gone althogether, will grow. <br /> • <br />
