Department of Transportation to assist in the <br /> development of a county-wide thoroughfare plan. <br /> Request the improvement and widening of NC 86 and Old NC 86 <br /> within the study area north to 1-85. <br /> Designate and require a right-of-way easement and dedication <br /> to the public connecting NC 86 and Old NC 86 south of the <br /> Southern Railway line. <br /> Require road improvements necessitated as a result of developme <br /> activity along the roads designated as arterials and collectors <br />
