Section 8.8,8.2 of the zoning <br /> ordinance lists specific standards that must be met by the applicant <br /> before a permit may be issued, and in the _context of a modificatjonL <br /> before it can be .zr8rttad. Those that concern me and that are the <br /> subject of this letter are: <br /> a) All FAA and State regulations are met as a <br /> condition of approval <br /> b) The site and its operation will not adversely affect <br /> existing adjacent land uses. <br /> c) Land sufficient to provide approach zones and <br /> overrun areas is owned or controlled by the applicant. <br /> Subsections a) and c) because of the nature and application <br /> of state and federal standards must be reviewed together.
