<br /> -7* The following are the imposed earications required of the ..
<br /> applicant for approval of this-special use permib :
<br /> L. The shall be no jet aircraft permitted at the facility
<br /> and the Airport Facility Directory- published by the U.S. Department of
<br /> Commerce (N.O.S.) shalt specify that jet aircraft are not permitted at
<br /> the facility. The applicant/owner shall be responsible for notifying the
<br /> U.S. Department of Commerce of this restriction and shall
<br /> demonstrate compliance with this condition.
<br /> 2.. The applicant shalt own or control the height of objects
<br /> in an area at e„acht end of the runway which is known as the
<br /> approach-departare eerie. The dimensions of this zone are shown in
<br /> the diagram below. The approactr-departure zone begins 200' from the
<br /> end of the runway and rises at a 20:I slope to a height of 2501 at a
<br /> - distance of 5000'. The zone is 500' in width at its beginning and 2000'
<br /> In width at its end. The easement rights negotiated with each
<br /> property owner must specify that the developer can control the heights
<br /> of objects within the approach-departure zone. All easement
<br /> waits and other evidence of ownership the awn:net...departure
