Modificatiaa of a Class A Special Use Permit - Midday Airport <br /> (Continuation of Public Hearing) <br /> John Northern, attorney for the developer, presented information on <br /> the location of the maintenance <br /> hangars and the proposed uses to be contained within. Northern indicat <br /> the possibility of a fire access road through Meadowcrest and Headwater <br /> Subdivisions to substitute for the Teer Road fire access road, but <br /> added that the easements have not been obtained. <br /> Northern continued that if easements through Meadowcrest could not be <br /> obtained, the applicant would like the request to delete the condition <br /> regarding a fire access off Terr Road to stand. Northern noted that <br /> no evidence could be presented at this time regarding legal right-of-wa3 <br /> CommdIssioner Witted responded that the evidence could not be accepted <br /> after the close of the public hearing. <br /> Geoffrey Gledhill, County Attorney, indicated the Board could impose <br /> a cotidition that the required easements be obtained. <br /> Northern responded that the applicant would try to obtain the easement, <br /> but,if unobtainable, desired the request to delete the condition re- <br /> garding flre access to be considered. <br /> Planning Board member Pilkey inquired about the width of the right-of- <br /> way and if the travelway of the alternate fire access through Meadow- <br /> crestiis paved. <br /> Planning Department staff responded Vend unpaved. <br /> Pilkey inquired what property owners would be involved.
