Identify, review and evaluate the capital needs of both school systems. <br /> b. Study alternative sources of funding with specific objectives in short <br /> and long range terms. <br /> c. Determine a plan of improvement given different funding levels. <br /> d. Prepare a timetable for improvements given the various levels of <br /> fun'di ng. <br /> The task fol rce will submit a report to the Commissioners by January 31 , 1984. <br /> Members of the task force will be appointed at the August 16, 1983 Commissioner! <br /> Meeting. <br /> IMPACT: Will enable the County to address the capital needs of the schools systematicall <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br />
