The Consultant agrees to begin this study within fourteen (14) days <br /> of the date this AGREEMENT is executed by the County or as soon thereafter <br /> is mjtually agreeable to the County and the Consultant, and will complete <br /> I <br /> studY, with reasonable dispatch but not later than four (4) months <br /> from the date of commencement: <br /> V. Upon completion of the engineering reports, the Consultant will submit <br /> twenty (20) copies of the preliminary drafts of the reports to the County <br /> review and approval. After the County has approved the reports , the Consu <br /> tant Will prepare a final draft of the reports and furnish fifty (50) cool, <br /> of it to the County. <br /> I. The County agrees to pay the Consultant twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) <br /> follows: <br /> A. On a monthly basis as work progresses <br /> B. All invoices for engineering services will be due within thirty (• <br /> days of receipt by the County. Each invoice will be accompanied 1 <br /> project reports indicating what work has been completed to date ol <br /> 1 <br /> 1 the projects. <br /> • II. The County will have the right to terminate the contract or any task being <br /> performed by the Consultant at any time by written notice, if the County fi <br /> that it is inadvisable or impossible to continue the execution of the projc <br /> in which case the Consultant shall be paid for all services performed and <br /> actual expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
