We are supportive of this new <br /> federalism initiative to address the problems of the displaced <br /> worker, the disadvantaged adult, and the unemployed youth in our <br /> community. <br /> With respeCt to the proposed twenty-three member PIC covering <br /> Chatham, Durham and Orange CoUnties and the City of Durham, we <br /> are glad to submit for the County 's consideration two business <br /> owners in the Chapel Hill-Carrboro area. Rosemary Street <br /> Chapel Hill, NC 27514 <br /> Mrs. Council , a minority business owner, has been active <br /> in the Chamber's Youth Employment Program which is a <br /> private sector program partially supported by public <br /> grant monies. Her restaurant is well known for good <br /> homestyle cooking. <br />
